Anxiety dreams about film screenings this morning. Smoke filled rooms and double projections, and a critical audience.

\nGetting this expanded cinema event together is a bit of a long haul. Freight, venues, fees, bookings, travel expenses, publicity, the right projectors…it’s all a bit much. I must say I don’t have the same relish for “organising stuff” for public events as I might have had recently. I mean, I can’t wait to show the film. It’s just all this behind the scenes stuff which bores me. Back and forth, back and forth, shoestring “budget” (mainly robbing my own scholarship).<\/p>\n
BUT! It’s all going ahead! We are doing it! Anthony McCall’s “Line Describing a Cone” is on its way to Australia, and I hope we can give it the reception it deserves! (Kellerberrin, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney)…<\/p>\n
